It's my all time favorite "sport." I love the partnership, the flow, the synchronicity with my partner, the music and the movement. What is especially cool is that it absolutely requires being fully present in the moment. In order to be a great "follow," I have to be listening with my whole body and staying out of my head. I love it when I am so present that I can almost feel the next move my partner is thinking of making before he even takes the action. It's like a moving meditation. cha cha cha!!!
