I&#039;ve enjoyed reading your posts on reducing stress, given that stress is at epidemic levels in this country. Any and all reminders of what we each can do to alleviate this syndrome is welcomed.
When working with a team, one piece of wisdom I&#039;ve been reminded of lately is to loosen the reins and let others on the team lead in whatever way they choose.  Once the foundation has been built, allow them to add their own expertise to strengthen what has been started.  That takes a lot of stress off the leader who might otherwise assume more responsibility than necessary.
I was on the call you mention above, and it was obvious you had a plan for action.  The manner in which everyone shared information and volunteered for follow-up tasks was invigorating.
