		<description>Hi, Sandra,

I love the new look of your blog site. The colors pop out and are rich and exciting.

Qigong is indeed a gentle healing practice that naturally stimulates the body&#039;s energy. I took a class for about 18 months many years ago, and appreciated the connection with myself as well as those around me. Some of the movements are still in my memory, and I still recall the calm and peace I enjoyed in each session. It&#039;s great that you are noticing positive changes in your body.

Currently, meditation and regular exercise (treadmill, outdoor walks, lifting weights) are helping me maintain my health. Also, I consciously monitor my reaction to situations that might otherwise be stressful. Rather than stress, I choose appreciation, compassion, and joy.
