  • Ten 1.5 hour teleclass small group sessions* – bi-weekly
  • Includes: demos, exercises, peer coaching and feedback, Resource Manual, reading, and homework assignments
  • One-to-One feedback on three of your recorded sessions from the facilitators*

 *Note: to fulfill your 10 hours of mentored coaching, ICF accepts seven group sessions and three 1:1 sessions with a trained mentor coach. This course fulfills those requirements.

Fran and Sandra are highly skilled mentors for experienced and aspiring coaches.  They are innovative coaching professionals who specialize in mentoring coaches.  Together they bring over thirty years of combined coaching skills training experience.  See their brief bios below:

Fran Fisher, Master Certified Coach

FranFran is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), visionary leader, international speaker, and published author. She specializes in providing mentoring for coaches, and coaching services for small business owners, executives, and collaborative teams.

Recipient of The Lifetime Achievement Award 2012 by the ICF Chapter Washington State, Fran is recognized internationally as one of the pioneers and champions for coaching. She served as a founding International Coach Federation, ICF, Executive Board member, and co-chair of the Ethics and Standards Committee, responsible for developing the Credentialing Programs for aspiring coaches and training schools. Fran was the first Executive Director of the Association for Coach Training Organizations, ACTO.  She is currently serving as an ICF Credentialing Assessor, and Adler International School faculty member.

Fran’s passion is helping people liberate their authentic power and manifest their highest visions. She specializes in facilitating a transformational approach for blending the art of visioning with the structure of strategic planning and intuitive listening to empower her clients for greater success and fulfillment.

In 1991, Fran founded the Living Your Vision® (LYV) process for empowering individuals in transforming their visions into reality. In 1997, Fran founded the Academy for Coach Training, one of the first International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited schools.  In 2005, shifting her focus to private practice, and more writing and speaking, Fran sold the ACT and LYV businesses and their associated trademarks to I & AM, LLC dba inviteCHANGE.

Fran is author of Violet’s Vision, and contributing author to NO Winner Ever Got There Without a Coach.

Fran lives in Bellevue, Washington, USA.  In her leisure time, she enjoys ballroom dancing, hiking Pacific Northwest Trails and long walks on ocean beaches.

Sandra Jones, Professional Certified Coach

SandraSandra Jones, MA, PCC, and Certified Mentor Coach, Coaching Skills Facilitator and Trainer.  Sandra is a masterful, experienced, professional coach dedicated to helping coaches fine-tune their skills for heightened confidence, professional competency and preparation for certification.

Sandra’s coaching career spans more than 15 years including over four years specialization in Mentor Coaching.  Her work includes collaboration with coaches in corporate and non-profit settings as well as helping entrepreneurs design and map out plans to build their personal mastery.

Sandra deepened her mentoring skills as Senior Trainer with the Academy for Coach Training and then as a faculty member and Certified Mentor Coach for inviteCHANGE. Sandra’s signature skills enhance her ability to listen deeply, discerning the client’s dependable strengths and helping them resolve limiting perspectives and habits that have impacted their coaching mastery.

Sandra holds a B.A. from the University of Montana and a M.A. in Organizational Development from Antioch University. She brings 15 years’ experience expanding options for leaders and teams within corporations and non-profits via coaching, facilitation and human resources. She has been active in American Society for Training & Development and is currently an active member of the International Coach Federation Washington Chapter and Toastmasters International.
Sandra lives in Bellevue, Washington, where she enjoys entertaining and outings with friends, hiking in the beautiful mountains nearby and contributing to communities that nurture her.
