Sandra, you know how passionate I am about ball room dancing! It's my all time favorite "sport."
I love the partnership, the flow, the synchronicity with my partner, the music and the movement. What is especially cool is that it absolutely requires being fully present in the moment. In order to be a great "follow," I have to be listening with my whole body and staying out of my head. I love it when I am so present that I can almost feel the next move my partner is thinking of making before he even takes the action. It's like a moving meditation. cha cha cha!!!

Hi, Sandra,

I love the new look of your blog site. The colors pop out and are rich and exciting.

Qigong is indeed a gentle healing practice that naturally stimulates the body's energy. I took a class for about 18 months many years ago, and appreciated the connection with myself as well as those around me. Some of the movements are still in my memory, and I still recall the calm and peace I enjoyed in each session. It's great that you are noticing positive changes in your body.

Currently, meditation and regular exercise (treadmill, outdoor walks, lifting weights) are helping me maintain my health. Also, I consciously monitor my reaction to situations that might otherwise be stressful. Rather than stress, I choose appreciation, compassion, and joy.

Amazing timing for me on your post, Sandra. This week I have been in touch with my deep gratitude for how precious my women friendships are to me. As I have entered the on-line dating world, meeting men and having exploratory conversations with them, I am CLEAR that I will not give up my women relationships. They provide something so special for me that no one and nothing else could fill.
With gratitude, Fran

Thanks Sandra! I have recently been reflecting on an inquiry about well-being. What is my definition of well-being? So far, I have come to this: "Well-being is the state of being in love with myself, others and all creation." It certainly fits with your idea of generating my personal spring. With spring I feel excitement of new beginnings, renewal and "twitter-pated" in love.

I just finished reading Busting Loose from the Money Game, by Robert Scheinfield. He blows the doors off the paradigm we have been operating in with money and shows us the fact that it is a no win paradigm loaded with false rules and beliefs. I have been particularly impacted by his assertion that the greatest amount of my power is buried in my discomforts. He shows us how to reclaim our power from the limitations we have created.
Call me after you read it and then let's share our thoughts.
Thanks, Sandra!!

Krista,
You read my mind! New opportunities are out their right now, and the world is just waiting for us to step up. Having optimistic, resourceful people within our sphere of influence is a real gift.
Thank yiou for sharing your comments.

Tammy,
You have modeled staying in action when conditions didn't seem optimal and created a great success with the Puget Sound Coaching Conference last month. You walk the talk, indeed!
