Sandra Jones is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation and became certified as a coach in 1999 through the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, Washington, which is now invite.CHANGE in Edmonds, WA. Sandra is currently on staff there as a mentor coach and examiner.
Since 1999 Sandra has been a leadership and life coach to professionals, which included facilitation for small businesses. Sandra has also created and lead numerous courses.
Prior to that, her focus was on team building and strategic planning for non-profits. Her corporate career of 15 years included work in human resource training, orientation, benefits communication, and employee attitude surveys in health care, banking and manufacturing sectors.
